Technical Project Manager (Upto VP)

* Spearhead technology project delivery, overseeing design, development, testing, and deployment to drive business growth. * Architect and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-scope delivery. * Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between in-house teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones. * Drive projects forward, ensuring alignment with business priorities, scope, and timelines. * Foster and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners to leverage their expertise. * Collaborate with vendors to develop solutions that meet functional and technical requirements, monitoring deliverables, timelines, and quality. * Ensure seamless integration of vendor solutions with existing systems and platforms, and facilitate issue resolution and performance reviews. * Harmonize in-house development efforts, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, adherence to standards, and security policies. * Track development progress, manage backlogs, and align with project goals to ensure successful delivery. * Serve as a liaison between technology teams, stakeholders, vendors, and senior management, facilitating open communication and expectation management. * Drive requirement discussions, solution reviews, and progress updates to ensure alignment between business expectations and technology delivery. * Provide regular project status reports, escalating critical risks or issues to stakeholders as needed. * Translate product requirements into technical deliverables, working closely with product managers and business teams to prioritize features and enhancements. * Ensure product roadmaps align with technology capabilities and project timelines, driving business growth through effective product coordination. * Deliver key banking solutions, including loan and credit processing, account opening, and internet banking platforms, as well as back-office and operational applications. * Implement enterprise-level solutions, such as Core Banking, Card Management Systems, and Data Warehouse, to drive business efficiency. * Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, including data center upgrades, network enhancements, and virtualization, to drive technology innovation. * Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with technology governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements. * Support testing, quality assurance, and release management processes to ensure high-quality delivery and minimize risks.
