Through these projects, the company aims to provide well-planned environments with modern facilities while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.Context Dreamstar Development Limited is seeking dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives to strengthen its real estate sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for professionally managing potential and existing clients, generating new sales leads, and successfully completing land or apartment sales. Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales and marketing will be given preference.Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calls.• Professionally organize and conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings for prospective buyers.• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.• Prepare and present sales proposals, project brochures, and payment plans as required.• Regularly follow up with prospective clients to successfully close sales.• Manage and update the client database accurately using CRM software.• Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management in a timely manner.• Collaborate with the marketing team to actively participate in promotional campaigns, property expos, and events.• Stay consistently updated on company projects, pricing structures, and real estate market trends.• Ensure highest standards of customer service and professional communication throughout the entire sales process.

Education

  • • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) • Master of Business Administration (MBA) • Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE)
