Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead recruitment efforts by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers to top candidates.
* Architect key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) for technical roles, ensuring seamless alignment with project milestones and company growth objectives.
* Manage employee data by compiling, processing, and maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the employee database is up-to-date.
* Collaborate with the HR manager to develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to the entire workforce.
* Drive employee engagement by responding to queries and concerns via the departmental email account in a timely and professional manner.
* Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Drive operational efficiency by taking on additional tasks and projects as assigned by management, supporting the HR team in achieving its goals.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- PGDHRM
