Assistant Production Manager / Deputy Production Manager (Woven Garments)

* Spearhead the development and execution of production plans in collaboration with the Planning Team and Head of Production, ensuring timely delivery and material management. * Drive the implementation of the Style Changeover Calendar, overseeing preparation, production planning, and follow-up activities to ensure seamless transitions. * Lead and manage total changeover activities, guaranteeing that all processes are qualified and validated before proceeding to the next operation. * Analyze and optimize production capacity every two hours, achieving targeted production levels and identifying areas for improvement. * Identify and address the top three defects in hourly production, promoting a culture of self-inspection, process quality, and attention to detail among operators. * Collaborate with Sewing and Q.C Supervisors to ensure thorough quality checks, including thread trimming and counting, before passing products to the next operator. * Champion a zero-defect approach, striving to achieve 60% efficiency within 3-5 working days and implementing corrective actions for QA findings. * Conduct regular material follow-ups and capacity analyses to ensure smooth production workflows and support departmental efficiency. * Oversee production completion based on size and color breakdown, facilitating timely inspection, packing, and shipment. * Ensure all production orders are completed one day prior to shipment, working independently under the Factory Manager's guidance and as part of a cohesive production team. * Uphold company rules and compliance standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of production management.
