Lead Software Engineer (Software Architect)

* Drive the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems, leveraging modern patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design. * Architect and implement reusable, modular, and multi-tenant SaaS systems, ensuring code reusability and adherence to engineering best practices. * Lead cross-functional teams to define and implement architecture standards, ensuring rapid productization of internal IP assets and enabling innovation. * Mentor and guide development teams across multiple projects, conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making sessions to ensure clean code and engineering excellence. * Own and drive technology stack decisions, selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools, and guiding teams across multiple stacks such as Python, Node.js, and Java. * Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP, and collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Develop and manage REST, GraphQL APIs, and third-party integrations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of APIs and internal service communication. * Ensure systems meet high performance standards, security best practices, and compliance requirements, optimizing for scale, reliability, and high availability. * Spearhead research and innovation initiatives, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new technologies, AI-driven features, and system improvements, and continuously improving existing systems to drive business growth and innovation.
