Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead corporate sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue and expand the customer base
* Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients to ensure loyalty and retention
* Architect and manage account plans to achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Drive market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales strategies
* Analyze sales data to inform business decisions, measure performance, and refine sales approaches
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to inform sales outreach
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, proactive issue resolution, and tailored service delivery
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve customer complaints, and drive customer satisfaction
* Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
