Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead media buying and performance marketing initiatives, driving campaign execution, optimization, and scaling across multiple digital platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Architect and manage paid campaigns, overseeing budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and funnels to maximize ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
* Drive A/B testing and experimentation on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to inform data-driven decisions.
* Lead social media management for multiple handles, ensuring seamless daily operations, and collaborating with content and design teams for organic and paid alignment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad disapprovals, account restrictions, pixel errors, and performance drops, while maintaining platform policy compliance.
* Develop and implement tracking and analytics solutions, including Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics, to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution.
* Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights, informing campaign optimization and growth strategies.
* Execute and manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategies, and Quality Score optimization, while supporting and implementing SEO strategies such as on-page optimization, technical SEO, and keyword research.
* Drive SEO and SEM performance monitoring, providing recommendations for improvement and contributing to the overall digital growth and performance strategy.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple brands and campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to test new tools, formats, audiences, and platforms for growth.
