Senior Python Full Stack Developer (AI & Product Innovation)

Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Python Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python backend development and React frontend to join our Product Innovation Team. This role will work on multiple innovation projects, including improving existing software, refactoring legacy code, developing AI-powered features, and transforming internal applications into scalable products. The ideal candidate must be capable of working on complex systems, organizing unstructured codebases, and building scalable architecture while collaborating with product and innovation teams. Job Responsibilities Product Development & Innovation:• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Python and React.• Convert existing internal tools and client projects into scalable product-ready solutions.• Collaborate with product and innovation teams to build new software products and AI-powered tools.• Code Refactoring & Architecture:• Refactor legacy or unstructured code ("garbage code") into clean, modular, maintainable architecture.• Improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.• Implement best practices for clean architecture, modular design, and reusable components. AI & Advanced Technology Integration:• Work on AI-based projects including automation, data processing, and intelligent systems.• Integrate AI APIs, machine learning services, or custom AI models where applicable.• Multi-Project Development:• Work simultaneously on multiple innovation projects.• Modify existing applications, add new features, and support product upgrades.• Support quick prototype development for new product ideas. Backend & Database Engineering:• Design and maintain backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask. Work with various databases such as:• PostgreSQL• MySQL• MongoDB• Redis• Ensure efficient data architecture and API performance. Collaboration & Engineering Quality:• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Innovation teams.• Follow Git-based workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.• Maintain documentation and ensure coding standards.
