* Drive design innovation by creating commercially viable garments for various categories, aligning with seasonal trends and buyer requirements. * Architect detailed design concepts through hand sketches and digital illustrations, and develop accurate technical packs with measurement charts and stitching details. * Lead trend analysis efforts, conducting extensive research on global fashion trends, fabric developments, color palettes, and silhouettes to stay ahead in the market. * Curate high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories that align with design aesthetics and cost constraints, ensuring optimal product quality. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sampling and pattern making, to ensure initial samples meet design specifications and fit requirements. * Manage the entire product development process, from concept to final approved sample, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. * Foster strong relationships with international buyers and designers, providing creative solutions and modifications to meet their design visions. * Leverage design software expertise, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Fashion Illustration, to create professional design presentations and conceptualize designs. * Ensure seamless project execution, managing deadlines and delivering design projects and sample developments within the stipulated Time and Action calendar.
